Fiori My Inbox Issue - Task description not showing for Purchase Requisition

We are in S/4 Hana Implementation - On Premise 1511 edition.

We have Implemented standard workflow for Purchase requisition.

The Task for decsition coming in My Inbox , but we are not able to see task description.

Screenshot attached.

This is working in development system but not working on Quality system.

Please help if any configuration settings is missing.

Hi Avinash,

You can find some error in the browser console. Press F12 and open the Chrome Developer Tool.

Thanks Masa for your reply. We have cleared cashes and tried with activating SICF service in backend. It is staretd working.
