how to creat a field selection key in document types

Create Field Selection Key:

Path: SPRO – IMG – Materials Management –

(RFQ/PR/Purchasing/Contract/Scheduling Agreement) – Define Screen Layout at Document Level

Select the Default Field selection key

Or

Go to NEW ENTRIES

Fill the required fields

SAVE

Note: I was suggesting u better to copy the existing field selection key and modify the field as per you requirement

Field Selection Key represents

First two digits Document Type

Next one digit Document Key

Ex: Standard Purchase order (NB) – Document Key (F)

Stock Transfer Purchase order (UB) - Document Key (F)

Standard Purchase Requisition (NB) – Documents Key (B)

Purchase order – NBF

ST Purchase order - UBF

Purchase Requisition - NBB

Hi

You can copy the existing field selection key NBF, create new one, make necessary field settings and assign to the document type in place of NBF.

The path: IMG>MM>Purchasing>PO>Define Screen Layout at Document Level.

pl note down the path

i considered PO screen layout

MM-> purchasing->PO->Define screen lauout at item level

here u can create ur field selection key and assign the same in doc type

pl check and if feel reward point

guru
