Value for parameter CRM_ICWC_TEST

Hi All,

I have to find out the relevant views in the application CRM_IC for certain views.

I have added the parameter CRM_ICWC_TEST to the user profile of CRM system.

Please guide me what value should be assigned to it so that information about view will be displayed as a tooltip in CRM_IC Application.

Hi Patrick,

I have checked the thread and done the following: added parameter CRM_ICWC_TEST and given the value (SPACE)X. I have restarted the Web Client but to no avail.

However, I do get a message in IC Web Client saying: "User parameter CRM_ICWC_TEST is active"

Any inputs?

Hi Khushboo,

The message is good - it means that the Web IC is reading your parameter. You only need to set it as '0X23456789' to enable the tooltips. I suspect a tooltip problem with your browser - do they work with other websites?

Hi,

You can set the paramter value with 10 X's (from position 0 to 9)to have the tooptip enabled.

E.g. CRM_ICWC_TEST = 'XXXXXXXXXX'
