How to make system to send an email to remind Personal administrator of staff's birthday? I have already maintained IT0019.

You have to write a functional spec explaining in detail what needs to happen.

Give the spec to an ABAP developer who will write a small program.

The program will be then scheduled to run each day and send an email to a distribution list with the data required.

also if u create Birthday Data type in infotype 41 date specification and maintain the date there u can make use of dynamic actions to trigger the mail.

You've to create a batch program that runs daily to notify the HRAdmin.. It cannot be done via Dyn Actions.

Hi Dan,

I would create a custom alert that sends out each day a list to the Personal Administrator or Manger with all the employees that have birthday on that day.
