Need help! Urgent

Dear All,

I am using 4.7 and and there is one standard program in 6.0. I am giving you the name and tcode for the below:-

TCode:-J1INQEFILE

Program Name:-J_1I_QER_EFILE

Now i want to have that prog in our 4.70. How I will do that. And one more thing is that server is diffrent for these to 4.700and 6.0. How I will process. Plse do let me know.
