Wrong tax classification taken from material master

The material master sales org 1 settings for tax classification look as follows:

RU MW01 0

RU MWST 1

RU ZMWS 2

The price determination in the sales order takes the first tax classification (0) for ZMWS (only considering the country) .

Have you ever come across this issue before?
