Dears,
for one order type XXX the created event of BUS2032 is not triggered when i create so.
But other order type are ok.
what maybe the reason ? ths for your kindly advice
Check in SPRO what have you done for the Order type for which event is getting triggered and the Order type for which no event is getting triggered. Its always something in configuration that we do unknowingly that triggers the Workflow. Also check for condition tables if there is.

If this event is triggered by a change document, you should see if restrictions exist. Go to transaction SWEC to find out.

I know, but events for a business objects are static.
Events are triggered mostly from sap standard transactions but can also be triggered with change documents, messages, fm sap_wapi_start_event in custom abap.
My question to you was to find out if conditions exist on this event in change documents. If this is not the case, you should then find out if it was correct that the event wasn't triggered (somewhere in the sap standard) or that maybe a badi is causing this behaviour.
Kind regards, Rob Dielemans
