Grouping Taxable/Non-Taxable amounts in PLD

How can you group in PLD the amounts of taxable and non-taxable VAT codes? I mean if I have for example 3 kinds of VAT codes in the system which are 0 rated, and 3 kinds which have different rates and I would like to summarize the row amounts by: 1. sum of amounts of taxable VAT codes (codes where rate greater than 0); 2. sum of amounts of non-taxable VAT codes (codes where rate = 0)?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi Natalia

There is a group function in the PLD. First you have to sort the repetitive area - Print Layout Designer>Repetitive Area>Sort. The sort will be on Tax Definition:Rate %. Tick summary and untick New page.

Next step - Print layout designer>Group>Group1. You will note that there are no Fields in Repetitive area header and footer. In Repetitive area header you need to add a formula - SortValue().

Now you can have separate totals on the repetitive area footer for each group.

I hope this will help you.
