Function Module SXMS_ASYNC_EXEC Exception Error

Hi Experts,

I have a problem, two of my inbound ques XBTOL_000 & XBTOL_002 are failing and unable to activate or unlock... it is saying XI restat in qRFC not allowed.

The Function Module SXMS_ASYNC_EXEC is givng an exception error and program getting terminated.

Exception Object: UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION

Exceiption: CX_XMZ_SYSERR_PERSIST

Any inputs plz?
