Identify the program that runs behind the transaction. For example RKAEP000 is the program that is run by t-code KSB1. (To identify the program use SE93 and enter the t-code, you may be able to locate the program name.
Then go to t-code SE38 and enter that program name (e.g RKAEP000) and selet the option variant. Then enter the variant name and then click on Display. Now you may find an icon named Directory, click on that to find who changed the variant.
