SPRO with display authorization

Hi guys,

I have been asked to create a user id with lots of tcodes with display auth. only. for eg SPRO . ie, The user should be able to view all the datas or whatever in it but not to make any changes .. Is there anyway i can do it?? Pls help me as this is really urgent..
