Export Crystal to its own application with a preview tab

When I run a report (crystal) within my software accpac - I select export - I then select crystal and application. This then opens in design mode with a preview tab so I can do minor alterations and preview and print.

However, on my customers machine this only opens in design with no preview tab - I cannot see whats different to theirs.

They are on a Tserver - I am testing on my local machine

    Tserver does not have Crystal Reports installed or they don't have rights to access CRW32.EXE.
