Import Monitor Job Failed during SAP IDES Installation

i am instlling SAP IDES (ERP6, EHP7) on Wondows Server 2006 R2 SP1

with Oracle VirchualBox 5.3

(HP Core i5, RAM = 6 GB, Hard = C:100 + D:700 GB)

i have copied all media on D:/ and install OracleDB and IDES on same D:/
