Query on factoring

Greetings Experts


I have a small query on factoring.

We have a requirement in our company where they use a wage type which needs to be considered for factoring when employee joins mid month but the same should not be considered for loss of pay..

Example: Daily allowance, this is considered for Factoring if Employee joins in middle of the month, the amount is pro rated and paid. but if the employee is on a loss of pay leave. this amount should not be deducted

Request some suggestions for the same
