GR

Hi Friends,

I stuck to a problem that GR is not allowing though the status of the order is released(shown in status). But while proceeding for manual GR the error message shows that status not allowed for GR.

Pls reply.

Regards

    Dear,

In std SAP REL status should allow GR, unless any user status is active,

find out any user status is active, which will not allow GR.

    Raj,

Click on the "i" information button in the order header and check if there is any User status defined for the order. Order should not have "CLSD" or "DLFG" or "DLT" status.

Check in the business transaction analysis tab for Goods Movement by selecting the goods movement and hit analysis it would show which status is preventing.

    Hi,

This can also happen if a user status is used to forbid goods movement.

In T.code BS02, choose the status profile assigned to the order type in t.code OPJH.

If forbid GR for order radio button is marked, then change it.
