HI,

1) what is direct debit?

Direct debit is a payment method that allows an organisation to instruct their bank to collect varying amounts directly from customers' accounts.

There are generally two ways to set up a direct debit: One method requires the customer to instruct his or her bank to honour debit notes from the organisation, the other one just requires the customer to give an authorisation to the organisation making the collections.

2) what tcode to do direct debit?

As mentioned above it is an instruction to the bank and not any transaction. Bank will reflect the collections made on you behalf in the monthly statement, and based on which the collection entries are passed in SAP wither through EBS of MBS. Hence no seperate T-Code in SAP.

3) apply direct debit in which module? GL, AP or AR or bank all

Bank and AR

Thanks
