Workflow problems...

Hi Experts!!

I'm working now on workflows and I have a user that don't see the email in the inbox in R/3 but when I enter to the transaction SWI2_FREQ I see the workflow 'In Process' and when I go to the graphical log is stopped in a part that are named: 'Get balance certification data (ZAP) In process'

Someone can help me on that?

Thanks!

    Dear Carlos,

Try to debug the workflow, i m tell the step for doing it, when u are able to get debug the mail will be in inbox.

    1) Open the task in PFTC and deselect the Background Processing from Execution.

    2) on the development client, open PFTC_DIS, enter the task, Goto Aditional Data menu, Agent Assignment-> select the row and enter your User id.

    3) in Basic data Dbl Click on the Object type , Put the curser on the method , go to the Program and put the Break-point, now come back go to the setting menu and click on debugger on.

    Hi,

apart from posting questions regarding workflows in the workflow forum.

You should check if short dumps occured when calling this method, if it did, the step stays in process.

    Kind regards, Rob Dielemans
