Customer. new concact person bapi

hello Team.

I need create a new contact person for the customers.

I'm using the BAPI_ADDRCONTPART_SAVEREPLICA.

But I can't update the contact.

I'm using these functions

1. BAPI_PARTNEREMPLOYEE_GETINTNUM

2. BAPI_ADDRCONTPART_SAVEREPLICA. To update name, department, phone and mail information

3. BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT

any idea what I Can't do it.
