Links to file not working for archived "Getting Started with Kapsel " document

I'm currently following along "OData Based App with the Kapsel Offline OData Plugin" section in Getting Started with Kapsel - Part 10 -- Offline OData (SP09+) document. However, the links to files, like "index1.html" and "index1UI5.html" are not working.

Are there a correct links to these files? If not, can someone provide example of what the content of that file should look like?
