The SAP Fiori My inbox displays 0 items, whereas the backend S4 (on premise) system has 7 WF items. On opening the inbox, the Console shows error -

Update -
I can now see the items in My Inbox. The issue was in the RFC destination.
Now, the issue is, when I go from one PR to another, the system does not show the details of the next PR. It just hangs. You have to refresh the browser to see the details.
Any comments?

Hi Ethan:
Thanks for your reply.
My filter was de-activated. I activated it, but the issue didnt get resolved. We just to display the PRs and POs in approval from the SBWP Workflow Inbox (in S4).
How does one configure the filter(s)? Shouldn't the standard ones work? These are the ones we have in the system and we want the Release PR and Release PO to show up in My Inbox.
Release Purchase Requisition Item
Release Supplier Invoice
Release Purchase Order
Release Purchase Requisition
Release Purchase Contract Draft for Process Start- Simulation Mode

Thanks for your reply.
The filter was already deactivated. I activated it, but no result. Inbox still shows 0 items with the same "Uncaught (in promise) undefined" error.
I just want to see the PRs and POs in approval from the WF SBWP (from S4 backend). This should be standard SAP without using any filters.

I'd suspect your workflow task filter is active. You either need to de-activate it (in t-code /IWWRK/WF_FILTER) or maintain the necessary filter settings for workflow tasks to get sent to My Inbox. Start with de-activation and see if it works, then re-activate if you need filtering and start working on configuring your filters.
