Error: No import into test system has taken place yet

Hi,

I am working on the urgent correction. After making the changes in the dev system when i execute the action 'Correction Passed to Test' the system issues the warning 'No import into test system has taken place yet'. However if i go an check in the task list the task is shown as green (successfully executed).

As a result i cannot set the further statuses since the system considers that the import has still to take place.

Please help.

Hi Kriti - I am facing the same issue. The transports are being released fine but the import is not taking place. What was your solution?

This is caused by incorrect update of tracking information in ChaRM.

Development support has released note 1413720 to fix this matter.
