How to give authorization for VA02 to restrict on Sale Office?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to restrict the Sales Order view for a particular sales office. The End users should be able to access the Sales order related to their sales office only. I checked in va02 but could not find Sales office in the organization level.

If it is basis related what to do and if Abaper where this restriction can be incorporated and if it is related to configuration where is it to be configured.

If any one has solutin for this. pls help out as this is a bit urgent.

Hey Wiproite,

You have to use Authorisation Profile /Role control for VA03 transaction.(As you cannot hide the same for one sales office...)

Speak to ur BASIS /ABAP pesron...tell him sales office table field-VBAK-VKBUR..
