HI There, When executing Tcode CRM_DNO_MONITOR, and double click on the Transaction id on the ALV list, you will go to the 'DISPLAY: Support message XXXXXXXXXXX' screen....is it possible to add fields, or cosmetise this screen? via config or some other way.?
Thanks
AJ
Hi Albert,
Ask your abaper to help in this it can be easliy achieved by BADI's.
the tcode for badi is se18 and se19.
And the tcode in which support message get displayed is crmd_order.
I already customized the same screen using BADI's.
ONE MORE OPTION IS TO USE EASY ENHANCEMENT WORKBENCH. but in either case you need to consult one abaper.
Please reward points for the same.

HI Prakhar, Thanks for your response. I have found out that one can use Tcode CRMV_SCC to add Tabstrips to the screen, but i do not have a clue how to use this transaction. If perhaps you can inform me how to go about doing this with Badi's it would be much appreciate it.
PS: I can,t find any badi's for transaction crmd_order.
Thanks
AJ
Hi albert,
I have used EEWB that is easy enhacement workbench to enhance the screen fields but to add this customized fields on the crm_dno_monitor ALV display, one needs to use BADI to add the same.
Write now i don't have access to system otherwise i could have provide exact badi name for modifying the crm_dno_monitor.
But for EEWB follow the link,

Hi Guys...thanks a lot for your help....all i want to do is to add an extra tab if you run tcode <b>CRMD_ORDER</b>, select 'Transaction data'...i want to add the tab after the 'COntext' tab...and add output fields to it for display.
I have looked at EEWB....it seems it cannot be achieved there. I have tried Tcode <b>crmv_ssc</b>...manage to copy an existing tab, but do not know how to chage the tab layout, to delete existing field and add mine.
Thanks again.
AJ
Anand,
I have not suggested EEWB for Crm_dno_monitor i suggested this for Crmd_order.
EEWB doesn't have or very less code involvement and used for enhancing business transaction go through the link. You will have wizard sort of thing and can easily add fields without any coding.
Secondly crm_dno_monitor is the badi for crm_dno_monitor tcode and this was the badi i was mentioning earlier.
hope it clarifies the doubt.

Hey Albert,
The Badi for adding new fields is 'CRM_DNO_MONITOR'.
Ask your abaper to implement this for you.
This badi is the best way to add new fields in crm_dno_monitor.
I dont think EEWB is the appropiatate for this.
Please reward for usefull answer.

Anand

Hi AJ,
Yes, you can customize this screen with the Set Filter button (next to sort in descending order button). After adding the required fields to the layout, you have to save that layout with the name starting with Z.
Hope this will be helpful to you.
Regards,
Naresh.
