    Hi Jorge,

Can you be more specific? Is there any rule, would you like to change the color for a specific KF or perhaps a timebucket?

Formatting of the planning view area is controlled from EPM FormattingSheet (Edit View -> View Formats).

Thanks for you replay, i was tried to change the color of the timesbucket, but my idea was with one Macro on the EPM, but i had to create the macro un visual basic, to change the color of the timebuckets depend the value on it timebucket.

    Hi Jorge,

I don't think you need VBA macro for this.

Did you check in EPM => Add Member Property => Property Selection => Time Buckets => Property Relative?

For example below I wanted to highlight Sales Fcst Qty in current month +1.

    EPM Configuration:

I will add some more screenshots in a new reply as it seems I am limited to 2 only.

    Configuration in detail:

Add the needed member to the multiple selection

Now add also the property to the multiple selection:

Before you close you can validate both have been added by going to the Multiple Selection Overview tab.

    Hi Alecsandra

Thank you for your replay this example was very good, but if need to put more conditions on the key figure for example:

i'm using the kf %usage with the next conditions

    0: gray

    1-50: green

    51-98: orange

    99-100: red

we tried to do add this conditions but this overwrite the previous one, is there an other way to add this conditions?

    Jorge

    Hi Alecsandra.

Thank you very much for your replay, this example was good, but while i was trying to add more conditios in to the KF for example:

we are using the KF %USAGE with the next conditions:

    0: gray

    1-50 : green

    58-98: orange

    99 and 100: red

It is posible to do that on the EMP add more condition to one KF?

    Best Regards

    Hi Jorge,

You need to use conditional formatting. Instead of choosing an orange background as I did, go to conditional formatting and define the rules you need.
