Like SAP CP Fiori SDK for iOS, can we except Fiori SDK for iOS in SMP in near future or is this something will not be available on on-Premise SMP.

Currently, there is nothing like that documented. SMP SDK can be used for iOS as well though, but a specific iOS SDK for on premise SMP is not documented anywhere.
