SAP Businness objects live office

Good morning Experts we are setting up Business Objects Live Office for a new part of our company. This new company is having their own network which will be disconnected from our existing network. However, there will be few users who will have access to both the networks and they will access between networks using VMWare Horizon Client. So, Kevin has installed Live Office on the servers and any user who connects using the horizon client will access an instance of Live Office. However, when we open MS office, we cannot see Live Office add-on or we could not enable from Program Files either.

    The Live Office client must also be installed on the client machine that has Office installed.
    if this was done, Does the person who did the install see the add-on when opening MS Office?

    The install on the client machine should also be done with administrative permissions (right-click the installer and 'run as administrator'.
