Hi when iam doing third paty billing iam getting this error.

where i missed settings.

check the item category TAS in VOV7 in business data "billing relevance" should be "F" that Is third party...

check the controling factor for this error

for documents document type will control the document Ex: sales order will control by order type OR

each line item will be controling by item cat Ex: TAN

so please check the item cat which is reflecting in your billing document and check the setting , there you will find weather the perticular item cat is relavent for billing or not.

create sales order va01

create PO with reference to PR

do MIGO

do MIRO

then go for billing in VF01

check the item category TAS in VOV7 in business data "billing relevance" should be "F"

I followed all the steps mentioned in your comment, but still it didn't work, same warning log in VF01 "The item is not relevant for billing."
