Deleting external reference in cFolders if collab is deleted in cProejcts

Hi

I assigned a collaboration from cProjects to cFolders. In cFolders an external link appeared.

Now I deleted the assigned collaboration in cProjects. But the external reference link in cFolders is still appearing.

Does this get deleted or how can this be deleted?

Hi Senthil,

We need to delete the assigned collaboration in cFolders first. Than it will be possible to delete the external link.

I cannot delete the collaboration as I need it to create other collab in cProjects.

I just want to delete this external reference to cProjects in cFolders retaining the collaboration.

Hi Senthil,

Is is possible to reactive the collab again, after deleting the external link ....if this is possible in your process ?

Else the link will continue to stay in inactive state in cFolders.
