How to remove inconsistency from ddic and database?

Hi Good People,

Any help regarding this will be much appreciated.

On activating one custom table i am getting following error log :

1. No active nametab exists for <tablename>.

2. Termination due to inconsistencies.

3. Table <tablename> (Statements could not be generated).

Error number in DD_DECIDE (9).

Already Tried:

1. Deleting the table from se11 (After deleting still able to see in se14, however it's not there in se11).

2. No option for activate and adjust, delete from database in se14(It's greyd out).
