Personas 3 SP3 - Issue with Document Flow Screen

All,

During editing the flavor for Document flow from Overview screen of VA* transactions, its behaving weirdly. The buttons are not clickable instead the whole section get selected.

I want to move the button Display Document but when i try to select that button, it selects the entire block as you can see from the selection below.

Please help.
