SAP Crystal Reports Command Object SQLs execution

Hi,

Would like to know if there is any way or setting to execute SQLs in Crystal Command Object one by one instead of all SQLs at once. By default when command object has multiple SQLs they are all being submitted at once to ODBC and being send/processed on database by Crystal Reports. But, we are having problem and causing performance issues on DB side since they are all being submitted at once as single transaction and there is no way we could do any DDL statements (collect stats etc., for example) in Teradata in same transaction....what we would like to do is to set something in Crystal Reports so that it sends one SQL at a time to Database from command object. Example sequence of SQLs: create session table, insert data in to session table, process data in session table with some other data (crunching measure etc.,), final select result SQL back to crystal. We are converting report SQLs from DB2 to Teradata and since some of our command objects have lot of SQLs (10’s of them) and heavily parameterized for part SQLs so using to a Teradata Stored Procedure for this code is not an option we can go for as that has its own problems with conversion.

Appreciate any help with any hidden setting or feature in Crystal Reports to accomplish this…

Thanks,

Prem
