how to Add survey (Customer Satisfaction) to phone calls (phone call Campaigns)

Hi SAP C4C Experts.

i wants to add survey (Customer Satisfaction) to phone calls(phone call Campaigns).

so that users can call the customers and find out satisfaction level and fill the survey.

similar to Survey (Customer Satisfaction) in E-mail campaigns to capture the responses in the survey results.

i was able to add other Survey types but Customer Satisfaction to phone calls

some can can help me in adding survey (Customer Satisfaction) with steps or document.
