SAP Customer Checkout manager and Tomcat

Which version of Tomcat should be used? Is it possible to use the Tomcat of B1I?

In the past we recommended to use the Tomcat for the B1iF, with SAP Customer Checkout this changed as the Tomcat for B1iF is often not on the needed version for SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 FP03. Therefore it is recommended to install an additional Tomcat.

To run the CCO-manager it is necessary to run it on Tomcat 8. You can run the Tomcat in the B1 Installation for b1iF and in parallel Tomcat 8 in another location.

Important is to use different ports in both Tomcats. For example in the tomcat for the CCO-manager:

    Server Shutdown Port : 9091

    HTTP/1.1 Connector Port : 9090

    AJP/1.3 Connector Port: 9092

and in the tomcat for B1iF use the default ports.

    I hope that helps.

    kind regards

    Stephan

    Hi Nadia,

could you please open an incident using component SBO-INT-CCO in the SAP Business One Launchpad. Please provide the logfiles from CCO manager, screenshots, version of CCO manager, and the settings you already made.

    thanks and kind regards

    Stephan
