my company defined an INDX-like cluster table to save mainly text files. When a file is big, I can see the entries for the same file are many. Specifically the field CLUSTD has length definition in ABAP Dictionary. Do you know if this number is expressed in bytes? 1 mean, LRAW length 1 = 1 byte? Because I was able to download a text file of 23170865 bytes (22.00 MB) but it is expressing 3695879 as the total number of the field CLUSTR (32000 per row, many rows), which is not matching. What do you know? Thanks!
