we want to ensure idem potency in a ManageServiceRequestIn. According to the documentation in Repository Explorer this should be possible by providing an ID or UUID:
"the web service consumer must provide unique values for the elements ID or UUID of the “BasicMessageHeader” node element."
I have tried the same by providing an ID (not an UUID), however a new service ticket was created with each attempt providing the same ID.
It seems to work with UUIDs however. Problem is that the sender just can be provide unique IDs, not UUIDs. Is the documentation not correct in this case?
