Set alerts for expiring quotations management level wise.

Hi, Just would like to give you a brief about our organization (out of SAP) and the Issue.

Facts about our organization

1. We have 7 product lines.

2. 9 sales offices all over India

3. Hierarchy - Sales Executives -> Regional Manager -> Product Head ->Head India Operation

Issue :

1. I want the quotation expiry alerts for the month.

2. If expiring quotation amt is below 10,000 Rs, should give alert to only sales executive.

3. If expiring quotation amt is bet 10,000 – 1,00,000 is should give alert to region al manager as well sales executive sales executive.

4. If expiring quotation amt is bet 1,00,000 – 10,00,000 is should give alert to region head as well Regional Manager & sales executive.

And so on….
