Enterprise Services - retrieve stock list from SAP WM

does anyone know if there is an enterprise service to retrieve stock list from SAP WM?

Am I wrong or aren't there almost no enterprise services regarding SAP WM?

searching for "stock list" at es-workplace.sap.com delivers BAPI_WHSE_STOCK_GET_LIST

I'm not an ABAP programmer, so I can't verify if this BAPI is suited for my problem. I need all storage bin IDs with quantity and status per material number/batch/plant.

Could it be a solution to expose this BAPI as webservice?

Is it complicated to expose this BAPI as webservice?
