Dear Team,
One of our clients using off cycle payment for reimbursement such as LTA, Medical, Telephone, Maintenance etc. Eligibility maintain from 01.04. 2017 to 31.03.2018 in infotype 0589 given below:

1237 LTA SLTA 20000 INR
1234 Medical SMED 20000 INR
1235 Tele STEL 2000 INR
In table V_T7INAA (Salary year for pay scale grouping for allowance) maintain as below:-

Suppose employees are applying Telephone reimbursement for the month of April Rs. 1000 (while the monthly eligibility is Rs, 2000/-) then the rest amount goes to next month i.e. the next month eligibility is = Rs. 2000+1000(Cary Forward for The month of April) = Rs. 3000/-
When employee applying Medical reimbursement for the month of April, able to apply whole amount (Rs, 20000) or any partial amount, As per above configuration medical reimbursement is maintained in annual in table V_T7INAA.
Now Clients wants that employees are able to apply Telephone reim. either whole amount (Rs. 2000*12= 24000) or partial amount in any month and effective from mid of the financial year
