Hi,

The URL path you have given is not working. And now we do archiving of material documents through archive object MM_MATBEL.

But my doubt is if I want to archive for the Reservations, which archive object we need to use. Even If we use the same object, how do we maintain the table entries to be deleted in transaction AOBJ. Because for Material documents we maintain the table entries MSEG and MKPF primarily.

Please advise me how to do it.

Hi Ramesh,

There is not standard archive object for archiving reservation documents. Only option is to delete them. Refer the <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005/helpdata/en/4d/2b8e5c43ad11d189410000e829fbbd/frameset.htm">Link</a> for more details.

Hope this helps

Cheers!

Hi Somanjay,

Thanks for your reply. While doing archiving POs', we have to configure the archive object MM_EKKO through transaction code AOBJ, for which we have to maintain the table enries to be deleted. For PO primarily EKKO and EKPO tables to be deleted. But we have lot of table entries involved, while creating PO.

Is it necessary to maintain all the table entries to be maintained are deleted in T code AOBJ. If yes how do I find all the table entries for the object MM_EKKO.

Can you please clarify ASP.

Ram

Hi,

You do not need to configure the tables to be deleted for any archive object through AOBJ. SAP would have maintained the list of tables from which data will be deleted if you archive a particular object. In case of archiving MM_EKKO, data will be deleted from many other tables apart from EKKO and EKPO. Here is the list of tables from which data will be delete if you archive PO using MM_EKKO.

Hi Samanjay,

Thanks for your valuable information. But I did archiving for the object MM_REBEL.

Initially I have not maintained the table entries in AOBJ transaction code and then the system is not deleted the archived the documents. Finally I have maintained the table entries in T code AOBJ and then the entries deleted. I have checked with one of the FI object, there also they have maintained.

Could you please clarify.

Thanks in advance.

Click Test Session for testing or click execute to start the deletion program.

Click Goto Job Overview to check the delete status.
