Process chain

We have to Process chain M1 and M2. M1 is called Z1_SX_PEN_MASTER_DATA and M2 is called ZI_SX_PENETRATION. When we excute the process chain After M1, M2 should run. But when I try to ran the M1, I am getting the message says

"Process variant CHAIN ZI_SX_PENETRATION does not exist in version A

Message within he subcahin ZI_SX_PENETRATION" do have any idea.

If you dont what that vaiant is ; go to the process chain and on the process definition portion, right click and chose maintain variant. Here you can also display variant.put your varitn here and see if that exist if exists, activate that and activate the chain and reschedule.
