Customers visibility CRM web

I face the problem how to set visibility of customers in SAP CRM web for different users by using the SAP standart.
In details:
1. There are more than 3000 Sales managers.
2. Every day they put in data base Potential customers.
3. Every sales manager want to hide his Potential customers from others in CRM.

For example: Sales manager "A" put a Potential customer "1" in data base.
The Sales manager "B" shouldn't see a Potential customer "1" in CRM when using SAP CRM search tool.
When the Potential customer "1" become a real client all the users should see this customer "1" by using SAP Standart searching tool.

Which standart SAP CRM method should we use to set this visibility?

You should use ACE - Access Control Engine

With ACE you can define/implement rules and grant data driven authorizations
