Outbound email from C4C

Hi All,

Please help with below scenario:

We have our C4C system integrated with Microsoft outlook. An inobund email in C4C has to be forwarded to some other user from C4C screen but I'm not getting any reply email option in the email. This email I'm checking in Email facet under Activities Work center.
