will any body send me the scenario of mater recipie, about how to assign the formula in matser recipie,

eg : i have the material A: having a purity 95.0%

i want to pic 100% of the material A.

like insted of 1.0 kg i have to take 1.05 kg

Madhu,

if the concentration of 95% is constant, you could manage two units for the material : KG and an alternative "Pure KG", with a conversion factor of 0.95. Include the Pure KG in your material list, for instance 2 kgs and this would represent 2.105 kg for the people from logistic or suppliers.

Another alternative , even with variable concentration, would be the use of Material Qty Calculations, which allows you to manage some basic calculations in the bill of materials.
