Pagebooks in SAPUI5 m Library: How to disable swiping?

Hi,

in the old SAPUI5 library in Design Studio, there was a Pagebook property called "enable swiping" (true or false).

In the SAPUI5 m library, this property is gone, unfortunately.

Can anyone tell me a way to disable swiping in pagebooks? And also a way to deactivate the transition effect upon a change of pages (e.g. via script)?

Isn't page swiping automatically disabled when you suppress the navigation controls?

you are right.

I got a little confused because I tested this both in Design Studio 1.6 and Lumira 2.0. In Design Studio, swiping is not disabled by suppressing the navigation controls. But in Lumira it is. So that solved my first question.

Still, is there a way to deactivate the transition effect in a Pagebook in Lumira 2.0?

Hi Stefan,

From what I can see, there is no property or script API that will allow you to influence the Pagebook transition. You could possibly try CSS but I'm not optimistic about that approach.

Thanks though. Too bad. I've been trying to influence the behaviorn with CSS, but with no success so far.
