Substitute SAP Authorization Job Role

Hi

Being authorization consultant, I've little background of HCM module. We have successfully implemented Position-based authorizations but are facing issue in substitution case.

The requirement is to provide authorization of additional SAP Job Roles when user selects their Substitute. So if Position-A and Position-B are assigned to Employee-1 and Employee-2 and Employee-2 is selected as Substitute of Employee-1, how can Employee-2 be provided additional SAP Job Role as of Position-A.

Seems there isnt any option or may be I have to jump into HCM to understand relationship-types.
