B1 Mobile App Internal Server Error on iPad. Android works OK

Hi,

I have set up the B1 Mobile App for a client and, with a little help from SAP, had it working on the iPad. I have now upgraded them to SAP B1 9.2 PL04. The Mobile App has started working on the Android but has stopped working on the iPad with the error:

Processing Failed
Internal server error; contact your system administrator

I can connect through Safari without any error or warning messages so the certificate is applied correctly and the server path has to be correct. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I have referred it to SAP but I really need a quick answer.

    Hello,

    I have a similar issue with one of my Client that he was unable to view an attachment file on SAP B1 Mobile App Version 1.2.5 giving an Error Message Processing Failed.

    I need help as soon as Possible.
