Point in time were check of locked objects happen?

Hi,

maybe the question is already raised in another forum but I cannot find an answer for the following question:

I've found the information (out of wiki scn) about check ofr objects lock: At the time of the release of the transport request all objects are checked. If there are objects without lock entries in /TMWFLOW/LOCKMON then a TOC is automatically created and released and will contain only the objects without conflicts.

So do I have a chance to redo the check for locked objects (some changes happend on the retrofit system meanwhile the TOC was created and the point in time when I want to do the retrofit). Or happens this check automatically if I click auto-import for a green one?

There is another check when the retrofit is done. So it can happen that an "auto-import" changes to "transfer with scwb".
