hi,

-Check whether stock exists for that material

-While creating delivery VL01N, put date as delivery date mentioned in Sales order.

It should work, Reward if so

Hi,

It looks like you don't have enough stock for this item as in availability check,it is not able to confirm item. In case MMBE shows that you have stock available in that particular plant, then it could be possible that the stock is already reserved for other order to be delivered later. To check that, goto the order, select the item which is giving problem, click on display availability. check if you have any customer order in the list confirmed for a later date.( It will show confirmed quantity. ).

Now you can decide, based on the priority, how you want to go. You can un-confirm the quantity in confirmed order, so that quantity is available for other orders.

Thanks,

Gagan

the propable reason could be the material is in shortage as well as schedule line usually determined by using mrp type and item category. seems this assignment has not been made.

other wise check at the the item category for that pirticular item

hope this solves

reward if helpfull

Hi

First Check if the Stock for that material exists in the Plant, as defined in your sales order. Use T-code MMBE.

Secondly, check the Scheduled delivery date, proposed by the system, in the Sales order--> item level --> Schedule lines tab --> Delivery date.

When you create delivery [VL01N] , then give the date as this proposed date, instead of the current date(which comes as default).

Thanks

Hi Samier

The material is a BOM material and is the main item. The issue is happening for a particular order type only and while creating the sales order an availability control screen is popping up which shows the confirmed quantity as zero and open quantity as one pc.and delivery proposal as not possible. On continuing another information msg pops saying Delivery group 001: Item 000010 contains no

confirmed schedule lines.

The problem is with the main item only and no issues with the sub items. What could be the reason for the schedule lines not being confirmed.

Hi,

Go to VOV7 and choose the item category of both sub-items and main item. There u'll find a field by "Create delivery group", leave it as blank. This will solve your issue.

Also let me know which BOM it is, using LUMF or ERLA?

Hi,

Check for the Stock for the material with transaction MMBE, check for the safety stock, if maintained.
