Urgent: Business Partner assignment to Orginsational Unit

Hi,

I have created a Organisational Unit and assigned positions to each unit.

However when I try to assign any busniess partner its giving error as below

<b>The required data changes consist of two parts:

1. Scheduling existing relationships

2. Creating a new relatonship

The existing releationship(s) was/were successfully scheduled, but the system could not create the new relationship.</b>

Is there any specific config required for the Org assignments, if so pls tell me.

Help me its very urgent.

Hi,

Just a few suggestions

1. Try assigning different BP

2. Try with BP relationship empty

You should be able to assign an existing BP into a position in PPOCA_CRM

Hi Sheetal

I have had this problem before but can't remember the exact fix. Here is a couple of pointers:

1. Search Service Market Place using the message number and class. I think this may be an error in standard if you are on CRM 5.0 SP6 or 7.

2. Check your org structure setup. Read the documentation in IMG Nodes under: CRM->Master Data->Business Partner->Integration Business Partner-Organization Management.

In transaction PPOMA_CRM is there BP Numbers next to your Org Units?

Also, are you using a BP with role employee? Make sure that a corresponding Central Person is created for the BP in HR. This is also IMG setup.
