Does anyone know if it is possible send notifications such as "Shopping Cart was Rejected" or "Shopping Cart was Deleted" to both the users SAP inbox and the users External Email (for example Outlook) inbox?
I can only get the notifications to send to one or the other.
Cheers
Chris

Hi Disha,
thanks for your response but it doesn't really answer my question.
I know how to send notifications to the users external email inbox via SCOT and this is working fine.
What I want to know is is it posisble to both receive the notification in the users SAP inbox and as an email in the external inbox?
Regards
Chris
Hi,
If you want to send mails to external EMAIL , then you should be using offline approval.
if offline approval is configured , then it is possible to send workitems to external Emails.
there is complete set of configuration set up that needs to be done , if you want to use offline approval.
please go through notes which are available on the service market place which deal with set upof offline approval.

Thanks for your response but my issue is not to do with offline approval.
I want to know if it is possible to send the automatic notifications to both the users Email address and to their SAP Inbox.
An example of the automatic nofitications would be Shopping Cart was deleted or Shopping Cart was Released.
Cheers
Chris
Yes it is possible to send to users Email address and the SAP inbox
when a shopping cart is deleted , anyway system would send notification to SAP INBOX depending on the customziing settings.
for the notification to be send to Email address, there is one report that has to be run , i dont remember the correct name
transaction SE38 , report RSWUWFMLEC
